From as early as he can remember, he have been fascinated by the meeting point between law and innovation—how the structure of legal systems could be transformed by the agility of technology.

That curiosity shaped his journey into becoming a Practicing Company Secretary, earning his degree with a vision to go beyond paperwork and processes, and instead, build something transformative. In 2017, that vision took form as Nikhil Agarwal & Associates—a professional practice dedicated to making corporate compliance smarter, faster, and future-ready. Over the years, he have worked alongside companies, startups, and entrepreneurs, guiding them through Private Equity, Corporate Law, LLP matters, FEMA & SEBI compliance, and much more, always with an eye toward seamless, tech-driven solutions.

Along the way, he have added new dimensions to his work as a CSR Certified Professional, Registered Investment Advisor, Trademark Attorney, IPO, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) & Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), POSH Act, and such others, skills that allow him to serve clients holistically.

He is part of various Committees and Sub-Committees at EIRC-ICSI and Hooghly Chapter, ICSI. He is a regular speaker delivering as a Growth Consultant at various institutions, including Corporations, B-Schools, Law & Engineering colleges, sharing lessons from his entrepreneurial and legal journey.

Besides, he have submitted various white papers to the Government of India for the advancement of the GST portal, EPF, and ESIC portal through the Ease of Doing Business Summit, which the then ministerial head has also acknowledged.

But his story doesn't end at the boardroom table. He believes that the role of a professional is also to give back, which is why he founded ON PURPOSE FOUNDATION—a not-for-profit with a mission close to his heart. They work at the intersection of vocational education, innovative schooling, and mental well-being, tackling challenges like anxiety and depression in corporate sectors and among teenagers. Through workshops, training, and community initiatives, they aim to create spaces where minds can grow stronger and futures feel brighter.
